You were amazing. I felt like you understood and knew me straight away and you gave me everything I needed . You are absolutely fantastic and the things you have showed me to help me with situations and feelings I use everyday sometimes several times a day .

I would never of thought that this could of helped me and I am so glad I made that first initial call to Birmingham CBT. I will be honest some days I battle with my mind and I feel it is really un fair that I have this long going thing in my head but with the good practices Caris at Birmingham CBT has shown me it makes things easier with CBT Therapy.

CBT therapy has helped me to see that being vulnerable isn’t a bad thing, that asking for help isn’t failing. That not being perfect doesn’t mean I am weak. That not being 100% in control doesn’t mean I am out of control. CBT has showed me the roots of my anxiety and has given me the tools to face into it rather that be afraid of it.

I went to see Alice in September as I was suffering with sleep anxiety. I am quite an awkward man and had never had therapy before, however Alice made me feel very at ease. She helped me change my approach to sleep and I’ve been sleeping much better ever since.

Birmingham CBT has helped me greatly as my depression has largely gone. Other aspects of my life are much improved especially my attitude to sleep.
